The COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on Mutua Universal's performance in 2020. The Company prioritised continuity of service in all areas of activity, thereby contributing to curb the contagion. At the same time, it successfully completed the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan.

In a particularly complex year, the Company managed to maintain the usual standards of service quality, while responding effectively to the exceptional requirements that arose due to the healthcare crisis and its economic impact.
VISION FOR THE FUTURE
Mutua Universal has defined its new Strategic Plan 2021-2024, which outlines the four main pillars of action to follow in order to continue to be a benchmark in the post-pandemic stage.
