Personalised medicine
Mutua Universal offers a comprehensive health model based on humanisation and personalisation with the patient as the central focus
In addition to the face-to-face care provided in our own extensive network of high-tech training centres which are present in all provinces, two hospital control areas in Madrid and Barcelona and two intermutual hospitals in Bilbao and Valencia, Mutua Universal has its own advanced system of telemedicine (Online Clinic). This has been implemented in all healthcare centres, guaranteeing access to specialised and hospital medicine. This allows the management of procedures, regardless of location.
These resources and services guarantee personalised and efficient attention in all circumstances.
Humanisation of health
Mutua Universal’s health care model is based on comprehensive, people-centred care, which humanises all actions and procedures with the aim of providing personalised assistance.
To this end, the entity’s healthcare group is involved in continuous training and aims to promote innovation and boost its development.
