MILESTONES AND STRATEGY
The COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on Mutua Universal's performance in 2020. The Company prioritised continuity of service in all areas of activity, thereby contributing to curb the contagion. At the same time, it developed its main strategic axes and successfully completed the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan.
The 2018-2020 Strategic Plan and the 2018-2020 CSR Master Plan respond to the Company’s purpose, mission, vision and values.
