Completion
of the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan
Mutua Universal has completed the roll-out of its 2018-2020 Strategic Plan with an overall completion of 84%. Under the motto, "Excellence and Commitment", the plan defined the Company’s main lines of progress over the last three years.
The final phase of the implementation of the plan was affected by the situation created by the pandemic, which made it necessary to modify some of the priorities and extend the development of several operational plans to 2021.
The three strategic lines of the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan were:
- Excellence in the attention and provision of services to our associates: focusing on the provision of healthcare services, as well as on the Company’s other services which guarantee excellent treatment.
- Evolution of corporative culture: development of talent and promotion of leadership, reinforcing commitment and the sense of belonging.
- Digital transformation: the trigger for change in the evolution of Mutua Universal.
Furthermore, the Company has also been working on building a new Strategic Plan with which it will continue to be a benchmark in the sector in the post-pandemic stage.
The initiatives that were planned for 2020 were adapted to the health crisis situation. This capacity to adapt meant that the strategic lines could be met and we were able to respond effectively to the urgencies of the exceptional situation.
