In 2020 we also completed the 2018-2020 CSR Master Plan entitled, “CSR 4.0: Working for our purpose”, which is the Company’s response to new challenges related to the economy, health and wellbeing, and climate change.
Operational principles of the 2018-20 CSR Master Plan
The Plan set out three operational lines, divided into 12 initiatives with responsible value for employees, members, the Company itself and society as a whole. The actions undertaken in each of these areas are set out in the corresponding chapters of this report. In addition, it is worth highlighting Mutua Universal's ongoing work in support of the most disadvantaged groups.
Communication and dialogue with stakeholders
In developing these operational principles, Mutua Universal has taken into account the expectations and needs of its stakeholders and is implementing specific channels of communication with each of them. In the first quarter of the 2021 financial year, a review and update of Mutua Universal's stakeholders was carried out, which were defined according to the following table:
