VISION FOR THE FUTURE
At the end of 2020, with the completion of the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan, Mutua Universal began a process of strategic reflection with the aim of outlining the path that the company should follow in the 2021-2024 period.
The new 2021-2024 Strategic Plan is structured around four main pillars, which place people at the centre of all its actions.
Under the motto "The People’s Insurance Company. Collaborating through innovating", it sets out the objective of humanising healthcare and digitalisation through personalised services.
This vision also delves into the vocation of collaborating in the management of the integral healthcare of companies and protected workers, as well as in the sustainability of the system.
